Als u om welke reden dan ook niet langer kunt deelnemen aan een van onze dolfijnprogramma’s waarvoor u hebt geboekt, kunt u tot 24 uur van tevoren kosteloos annuleren of verzetten. Annuleringen moeten door de Reservations Department worden goedgekeurd en kunnen niet via onze sociale media kanalen worden aangevraagd. De Reservations Department is beschikbaar tijdens openingsuren per telefoon +5999 465 8900 of per email<\/a>. Zorg ervoor u uw Bookings ID vermeldt.<\/p>\n

U ontvangt een volledige terugbetaling van de reservering op uw creditcardrekening. Houd er svp rekening mee dat het ongeveer 5 werkdagen kan duren voordat u het bedrag op uw creditcardrekening ontvangt. Heeft u contant betaald, dan dient u met uw ontvangstbewijs te komen en onze kassier zal u contant terugbetalen.<\/p>\n

Annuleringsverzoeken binnen 24 uur v\u00f3\u00f3r aanvang van de dolfijn ervaringsdatum \/ -tijd ontvangen geen restitutie of omboeking, tenzij u een doktersbriefje overlegt.<\/p>\n
